on stage.
off script.

I’ve spent my career inside agencies, running teams, and now leading Salt & Serif. Along the way, I learned from great leaders and some really bad ones.

In my first job, my creative director told me my work was “hamburgers” and he wanted “steak.” What a great career start. But it taught me everything I needed to know about the damage leadership can do, and defined the type of creative leader I wanted to be.

I went on to build teams and leaders who valued my voice, trusted my ideas, and supported each other. Today, that mix of honesty, hard lessons, and no-BS approach shapes how I lead my studio, my clients, and show up on stage.
